I would remind you that using words like "misogynist" or the opposite "misandrist" or any other kind of "-ist" word like racist or sexist are paradoxically expressing your own prejudices. These are just "handy labels" you can slap on anyone so you can "pre" judge them instead of treating them like individuals. So, you slap on the label of "misogynist" if anyone preforms any of the crimes on your list. Once you have labeled such a person, you can immediately think that they all want women to be oppressed, barefoot and pregnant. That is how prejudices work. You can neatly ignore all the complexities of the individual and immediately have justification to hate them because you can apply all the worst connotations associated with this term. Is that not a form of prejudice?

None of these terms can be used in a complimentary manner. They should not be used in "polite" conversation. You cannot call someone a misogynist and it not be a direct attack and a grave insult. You wouldn't call someone a "stupid idiot" , but if you called someone a misogynist or a racist or any other kind of negative -ist, you are pretty much doing the same extremely rude thing. So if you are going to be using such terms, just know that these are fighting terms and you just declared war. These terms should be considered "hate speech" because they promote hate against a group of diverse people in a very unfair prejudice manner. So I would be very careful when casually tossing about such terms or trying to slap those labels on real people.
