If your "commitment" comes with asterisks, then I'd say you aren't committed since you've given yourself an "out". Infidelity is so common, that it should be added to the vows, "in fidelity and infidelity" along with in good times and bad to remind them what bad times means.

Do you thinking adding sexual fidelity to the vows would keep people from cheating? Do the vows people already say keep them from other crappy behavior — contempt, criticism, passive-aggressiveness, etc?
