No, not really. While it is always a good idea to improve yourself, it has absolutely zero impact on women, it just keeps you busier so you are happy to be without them. Yeah, try it for 60 days, you'll be a better person, but no, nobody is going to look at you. Certainly no woman is going to approach you because that just doesn't happen.
